its fall and you know what that means! time to fire up that oven and cook all of those yummy recipes. Banana bread is probably one of my favorites you can cute a slice and enjoy it when a hot cup of coffee, or if your a mom a luke warm cup of coffee. you can grab a slice and eat it in the car as you drive the children to school. just the thought of this bread has me drooling.
did you notice my beautiful eggs? our youngest hen just started laying a few days ago and has been blessing us with an egg a day! which rattled the hen house and caused the our easter egger that was producing very other day to now once a day .i think they like to compete against one another which is totally fine with us.

alight i know you came here for the recipe so here you go
i normally start with the bananas and smash them up then mix in the rest of the items , cook at 350 for about 45 mins and let cool on a wire rack.
- 2 to 3 very ripe bananas, peeled
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if more sweet, i like more sweet)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- and for a yummy surprise a handful of white chocolate chips
